1. Parcel Post

Use Parcel Post® when value is most important. Small and large packages, thick envelopes and tubes containing gifts and merchandise can be sent using Parcel Post.

Delivery to every address in the United States-including PO Boxes and military addresses.
Saturday and residential deliveries at no extra cost
Parcel Post packages can weigh up to 70 pounds and measure up to 130 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part

Rates are based on weight, distance, and shape.
A surcharge applies to certain items including packages weighing over 35 pounds (25 pounds for books and printed matter) and certain shapes (e.g. tubes, rolls, and large packages). 

2. First Class Mail

Postcards, letters, large envelopes (flats) and small packages can be sent using First-Class Mail®. This service, along with Priority Mail and Express Mail, is ideal for sending personal correspondence, handwritten or typewritten letters, and bills or statements of account. It may also be used for advertisements and lightweight merchandise. First-Class Mail prices are based on both the shape and weight of the item being mailed. For items weighing more than 13 ounces, use Priority Mail.

3. Priority Mail

Now you can have delivery of documents and packages made in an average of 2 to 3 days. Low flat-rate shipping is also available with Priority Mail for any destination and any weight up to a 70 lb. maximum when you use either Flat Rate Envelopes or Flat Rate Boxes.

New flat rate boxes are available in two different sizes.

4. Express Mail

Express Mail® is our fastest service for time-sensitive letters, documents or merchandise. Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide.

Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.
Delivery to most addresses in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses.
Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at no extra charge.

Automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage. 
Provides signature proof of delivery upon request and tracking information.
Shipping supplies available at no additional charge.
Convenient flat-rate envelopes are available. One low rate for any amount of material that it can easily hold.

5. Insurance

The Collectors Agency is not resposible for shipping damages. If the item you are purchasing is of value we reccomend you use this feature. If you don't and your shipment is damaged during shipping The Collectors Agency is not liable or responsible.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by The Collectors Agency within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details subject to change without notice.

• Since The Collectors Agency deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.

• Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy). No returns are accepted on software, Electronic games, X-Box games, Playstation games, or Wii games.

• Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear AFTER The Collectors Agency receives and processes your returned item as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.

• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement.
