Do I need an "Account" to order?
No. You do not need to have an account to order. Simply add items to your shopping cart, press "checkout", then follow the directions to enter your email address and password. Then you will enter your shipping address and payment information. Your order is confirmed when you receive an Internet Order Number on the Receipt page during checkout and via email.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Yes. You will receive an Order Confirmation email with your Internet Order number immediately after you click the "Place Your Order" button. You will also receive Order Status and Shipping Confirmation emails. Furthermore, if you have items on backorder for more than 30 days, you will receive monthly Order Status emails.
Why don't I get a customer number as soon as I place an order?
You will receive a customer number on the second e-mail confirmation titled Order Status. We issue customer numbers as your order is imported to our main database. For security reasons, our main customer database is not "live" on our website, and therefore no customer number is given at the time you order. Customer numbers are sent on Order Status emails as well as printed on all invoices. You can also email or call Client Services to find out your customer number.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express Credit Cards. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks in U.S. Dollars for items that are in stock. Contact Client Services if you wish to pay by Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. Sorry, we do not accept CODs.
Very important note: Your credit card will NOT be charged until items are ready for shipment.
What if an item, description, price or other content on the web site is inaccurate?
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, photographs or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We are not responsible for typographical errors, manufacturer delays in delivery or changes to products. All product descriptions, case assortments, variations, prices and ship dates are subject to change and availability without notice. Please see our legal disclaimer for more information.
Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?
No. The Collectors Agency does not manufacture products. We rely on other companies to supply our merchandise. Because of this, Renegade SMS is not responsible for manufacturer delays in delivery, manufacturer shortages in delivery, manufacturer non-delivery of product, manufacturer changes, manufacturer modifications or manufacturer cancellations. Furthermore, a manufacturer most likely will not notify Renegade SMS of these situations. Because of this, we have no way to notify our customers of these situations and therefore we can not implement any type of product ship date or availability guarantee to our customers.
Is your web site Secure?
Yes. We use Paypal Authenticated Secured Socket Layer (SSL) which encrypts data from the Internet to our location. If your web browser handles the SSL protocol, your credit card is as safe as the Internet currently handles.
International Duties, Taxes, and Regulations
You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or brokerage fees. The Collectors Agency is not responsible for these charges.
